Balloons - in Helium or Air?
Helium:
The majority of celebrations and events incorporate helium-filled balloons. For example and by far the most popular are the helium-filled latex balloons which are good for the duration of the event, and add great 'wow' factor to the occasion.
Helium-filled foil balloons are slightly more expensive, but last for longer and are ideal to take home when the event has finished.
Air:
In addition to providing helium-filled balloons, Party Balloons For All Occasions can enhance installations for your party or promotion by incorporating some air-filled balloon arrangements: air is free, but it does not give the 'lift' that helium does to a balloon. Impressive air-filled balloon sculptures and designs can be constructed, and because air is used these displays can remain inflated for a few weeks. Type of Balloon:
Balloons have traditionally been available in latex and foil. Recently a new 'bubble' balloon has been manufactured. This has the 'look' of a latex balloon and lasts the same length of time as a foil balloon.
Balloon Colours (pearl finish, opaque finish etc.):
Foil and latex balloons are available in a wide range of colours and colour tones.
Size of Balloon:
Balloons are available in sizes ranging from 4 inches right up to 3 foot. Very large balloon displays can be created using a number of these large 3 foot latex balloons. The foil balloons are also available up to a large 'air walker' size (approximately 5 foot).
Anchorage / Balloon Weights:
Helium-filled foil balloons are required to be anchored (or weighted) by law. All helium balloons need to be anchored to achieve a display or bouquet of some sort.
